1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using any services provided by Wags on Wheels ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide dog walking, pet care, and related services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee up to the full service price.

4. Payments

Payment is due as specified at the time of booking. We accept payment methods as listed on our website. Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or late fees.

5. Pet Health & Behaviour

The Client must disclose any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements of their pet(s) before booking. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a pet poses a risk to itself, our staff, or others.

6. Emergency Care

In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the Client immediately. If unreachable, we may seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from emergency care decisions made in good faith.

7. Access to Property

The Client is responsible for providing safe access to their property and pet(s). We are not liable for loss or damage due to faulty locks, gates, or security systems.

8. Liability

While we take all reasonable care, Wags on Wheels is not liable for injury, loss, illness, or death of any pet, or for damage to property, except where caused by our proven negligence. The Client is responsible for any harm caused by their pet to people, property, or other animals.

9. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wags on Wheels and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the actions or health of their pet(s) while in our care.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
